comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions. It is MCP-native, designed for use with
AI agents and developer automation workflows.

## What it does

SocialAPI.ai replaces per-platform social media API integrations with a single
authenticated REST API. Developers connect social accounts via OAuth, then use
one set of endpoints to:

- Read comments, reviews, DMs, and mentions across all connected platforms
- Reply to comments and reviews
- Send direct messages
- Moderate comments (hide, delete)
- Receive real-time webhook events for new interactions
- Use the API as an MCP tool inside any Model Context Protocol AI agent

Instead of building and maintaining OAuth flows, webhook handlers, and
rate-limit logic for each platform separately, developers integrate once and
get access to all supported platforms.

Starter: $29/month - 10 brands, unlimited posts and interactions, all platforms

Business: $349/month - 200 brands, unlimited posts and interactions, all platforms
Enterprise: custom pricing - unlimited brands, posts, and interactions, dedicated SLA

Annual billing: 20% discount - pay for 10 months and get 12 (billed annually).

All plans include access to all platforms, DMs, and features. Reads (fetching comments, reviews, DMs, mentions) are always free and unlimited. Posts (publishing/scheduling content) and interactions (replying to comments/reviews, sending DMs) are unlimited on all paid plans. The Free plan has monthly limits on posts and interactions.

## Authentication

API keys are issued per user. Pass the key as a Bearer token:
  Authorization: Bearer <api-key>

Social accounts are connected via OAuth 2.0 through the dashboard at
https://app.social-api.ai. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) and never
exposed in plaintext.
