Affiliate Program Terms

Refer new customers to SocialAPI.ai and earn 30% of what they pay for their subscription, every month, for 12 months. Apply on the affiliate page.

The SocialAPI.ai affiliate program (the "Program") is operated by EP ENTREPRISE (SIREN: 102198884), a company registered in France ("we", "us", "our"). Referrals, commissions, and payouts are tracked on our partner portal, powered by PromoteKit.

By applying to the Program, you ("you", "Affiliate") accept these terms. Your use of SocialAPI.ai itself remains governed by our Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or a registered business, and able to receive payouts through the partner portal. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason.

Joining the Program is free.

3.1 Attribution

A referral counts when they arrive through your link. The link sets a promotekit_referral cookie in that browser, and SocialAPI.ai saves it to their account when they sign up from that browser. Payments they make later from any browser or device are then credited to you.

Someone who signs up in a different browser, on another device, or after clearing cookies arrives unattributed, and it cannot be credited afterwards. If a customer opened links from more than one affiliate, the first referral saved wins.

3.2 Qualification

An attributed referral qualifies once all of the following are true:

• They are a new customer: they have never paid for a SocialAPI.ai subscription before.
• They subscribe to a paid plan. The Hobby plan is free, so a referral who stays on Hobby earns nothing.
• Their payment is not refunded or disputed within 30 days.

Your own accounts, accounts you control, and accounts of the business you work for or own never qualify.

4.1 Rate and duration

You earn 30% of every subscription payment a qualified referral makes, for up to 12 months from their first payment, or until they cancel, whichever comes first. On annual billing, you earn 30% of the annual payment.

4.2 Commission base

The commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays for their SocialAPI.ai subscription, after discounts and promotion codes, excluding VAT and sales tax.

4.3 Refunds and disputes

A refunded or disputed payment earns no commission. If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid out, we may deduct that commission from your future payouts.

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from, then clears.
• Payouts run monthly through the partner portal, in US dollars, once your cleared balance reaches $50. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details current and for any taxes due on what you earn.

Promote SocialAPI.ai honestly, in your own name. You may not:

• Refer yourself, or create accounts to earn commissions.
• Send spam, or place your link in places that do not allow it.
• Bid on "SocialAPI.ai" or close variations of it in paid search ads.
• Present yourself as SocialAPI.ai, or make claims about features, prices, or discounts that are not on our website.
• Set referral cookies without the visitor clicking your link, for example through hidden frames or forced redirects.

Commissions earned through activity that breaks these rules are not paid.

We may change these terms or end the Program. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you earn. Commissions already cleared are paid under the terms in force when they were earned.

You may leave the Program at any time. We may remove you from it if you break these terms, in which case commissions tied to that breach are forfeited. Otherwise, cleared commissions above the $50 minimum are paid out as usual.

You take part in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, or partner.

These terms are governed by the same law, and disputes are resolved the same way, as set out in section 18 of our Terms of Service.
